Members and Spouses: $125 per person
Non-Members: $140 per person
What Registration Includes
Registration includes:
- Opening reception on Thursday
- Coffee on Saturday
- Lunch on Saturday at Jackson’s Mill
- Saturday banquet at Jackson’s Mill
Please note: Dinner on Thursday and all meals on Friday are on your own.

Lodging at the Hampton Inn
A block of rooms has been reserved at the Hampton Inn in Weston, West Virginia. The rate is $125 per night plus tax and includes breakfast.
Reservations must be made by October 15, 2026.
Please note: The Hampton Inn is temporarily closed and is not currently accepting reservations due to flooding that occurred in July. The hotel is anticipated to reopen before the Glass Gathering.
Lodging at Jackson’s Mill
Rooms are also available at Jackson’s Mill State 4-H Camp in the Jackson Lodge for $120 per night plus tax.
Jackson’s Mill also offers lodging in several cabins. Rooms and cabins are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
